Service Agreements
Find out about our service and repairAir Equipment offer our customers a range of service agreements and routine maintenance. Typical compressors require servicing twice a year but this can increase depending on the hours run every year.
Our aim with all servicing options is to take away the need for you to worry about your compressors servicing or maintenance. Our systems record all details of your compressors, we then remind you when they are due for a service or maintenance. In addition our systems track the work that has been done on your compressors, over the years, so we can highlight any upcoming maintenance requirements or special maintenance needed to maintain your manufacturer warranty.
Most of our customers take advantage of our one or three year fixed price service agreements. These agreements offer a fixed price for annual servicing including parts and labour for either the following one year or three years. This gives you the comfort of knowing exactly what your compressor servicing is going to cost for the next one or three years, guaranteed. The other main servicing option we offer is ‘annual servicing’, where we simply charge you when we do the work, with no commitment from your side.
We quote you for a one years worth of servicing at the start of the year. This may include multiple service visits in any year. The price quoted includes all parts and labour costs for the complete years servicing.
Once you have accepted our quote we ask for a PO for the whole value of the quote for the complete year.
When our systems identify that a service is required we pick the required parts and contact you to arrange an agreed time to come to site to carry out the service.
If we identify any further work that we feel needs to be done this is quoted separately.
After completing the service we invoice you for the work done against the original PO.
This means you only need to raise one PO per year and you are sure your compressors are maintained to the highest standards. We also offer the spreading the cost of servicing across the year by monthly direct debit.
Additionally, as a service agreement customer, we offer special rates on breakdown call outs. You are also entitled to priority call out responses.

The price quoted includes all parts and labour costs for the complete years servicing. Whilst we quote you for three years worth of servicing, we break this down into an annual price for each of the next 3 individual years.
Once you have accepted our quote we ask for a PO for the first year’s quotation value. In the second year we will come back to you and request a PO for the same amount for the complete second year. Same applies for the third or subsequent years.
When our systems identify that a service is required we pick the required parts and contact you to arrange an agreed time to come to site to carry out the service.
